Question 1

How do I book a session?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill in the form on the site — it routes directly to WhatsApp so we can respond quickly. We typically reply within a few hours and confirm a time together. You're also welcome to reach out by phone or DM.

Question 2

How long does a session take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on breed, coat density, and the service chosen — usually one to three hours. Large or double-coated breeds tend to take longer; smaller breeds less so. We move at your companion's pace, never in a hurry.

Question 3

Can I bring an anxious or reactive dog?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The calm, one-on-one setting is exactly for situations like this — no noise, no crowd, no queue. We work step by step, respecting boundaries and keeping the experience as stress-free as possible. The first session can be kept short and positive to build confidence gradually.

Question 4

How often should I book?

Accepted Answer

For most breeds, every four to six weeks works well; curly and long-coated breeds may benefit from a shorter interval. A regular schedule keeps the coat healthy and makes home brushing much easier. At your first visit, we'll suggest a rhythm tailored to your companion's coat type.

Question 5

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

By breed, size, coat density, and the service selected. We confirm the exact price at the appointment — transparently, after meeting your companion — so there are no surprises. You can find general price ranges on the Pricing page.

Question 6

Do you accept cats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cats have different stress thresholds than dogs, and our calm, unhurried setup reflects that. Whether it's a routine tidy-up or full grooming for a long-coated breed, cat sessions are available by appointment.
